The name
夕 (yū) is "evening." 暮れ (gure) comes from kureru, "to grow dark, to come to an end." Together: the evening growing dark.
True, lasting growth happens when no one is watching: in the twilight after the day ends, in small choices only you can see. Yūgure exists to help people see that quiet growth with more clarity, so they know it's real and keep going.
Why it exists
A gentle awareness that things don't last. Time, health and money are finite. Notice them, be grateful for them, and don't waste them while you have them.
Small, private, honest tools that show people where they stand, thank them for showing up, and don't let them cheat themselves.
Grateful for every step, straight about the rest. Gratitude is the aware part: appreciate what you have now. Honesty is the urgency: it won't last, so don't waste it.

How work moves: the CEO sets the focus → the COO plans the work and assigns it → the Engineer builds and reports back → the COO reviews it and briefs the CEO → the Secretary sends out approved messages and reminders.
